BBVA strongly committed to Digital Banking, releases new service “Alta Inmediata”

BBVA announced the launch of the new solution “Alta Inmediata”, which provides a brand new way to open new accounts, even for people who are not currently Bank’s customers.

Once downloaded the app of BBVA, the applicant initiates the process in a sequential way, entering personal data and sending the image of the ID card together with a “selfie” picture made instantly and controlled by the app. Following these steps, a biometric identification system verifies the identity of the person. The process is closed with a video conference with an agent of the Bank, who finally concludes the account opening process.

The new model of “Alta Inmediata” is fully integrated with the core systems of the Bank. Our firm, which has been working with BBVA for almost two decades, has worked integrating the new service with corporate databases (personal data and ckeck accounts), that receive the data captured by the app. This aspect ensures all data are consistent with the rest of the processes currently operating in the Bank.
