Resource optimization

Resource optimization has two main objectives: on the one hand, to ensure the appropriate size of taskforces and, secondly, to devise ways to reduce existing costs.

The starting point is to determine the overall resource dimension that can be considered the optimal target to cover adequately all services and outputs performed by each taskforce. Subsequently, a top-down design process determines the procedures and functions of each job position.

The project includes designing and building tools to improve productivity. Likewise, taskforces are adjusted and reassigned to other  activities and funtions with higher added value in the resized organization.
