Our Firm has developed the PMaP platform, that enhances the analytical and objective vision in asset portfolio management of both financial and real estate assets.
PMaP is an advanced tool developed by Better Consultants, especially designed to manage and monitor asset portfolios, including non performing loans, subperforming loans, real estate owned, foreclosed assets, etc., and suporting all stages of the portfolio life cycle: presentation of a binding offer, acquisition of the asset, unbundling at the contract level and integration into a new sales portfolio, when debt recovery has not been feasible.
The traceability of the portfolios provided by the platform simplifies the comparative analysis at a profit/success level, helping decision-making on new acquisitions.
With PMaP the automation of the sales and acquisition processes is centered around an integrated repository of asset data. This architecture helps in reducing the cost of management and operational risk of these unique operations.

Portfolio value assessment
Simple definition of a number of sales perimeters, by selecting a series of variables: type of debt, OB balance, date of the first default, location, etc. A simulation of the potential market value is also included, based on the data of the acquired portfolios.
